Effective date: 2026-02-06
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jigsaw AI web application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Jigsaw AI provides secure workspaces where users can create projects, upload documents, collaborate with invited consultants, and generate/export reports and other deliverables.
“Customer Content” means files, text, and other materials you upload or create within the Service, including project metadata and report drafts.
The Service is private by default. You control whether and how you share projects with other users (including consultants). You are responsible for managing sharing permissions and ensuring you only share with authorized parties.
You agree not to:
The Service may generate summaries, insights, recommendations, or draft reports. Outputs are generated based on inputs and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, financial, legal, or regulatory decisions.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, or AI providers). Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted, no rights are granted to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability (or, if you have not paid, USD $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
